For the first edition of J’Ambonnay in 2019, I’ll be carving a prized Cinco Jotas Jamón Ibérico de bellota - the best of the best of pata negra. Expertly paired with grower champagnes by Ambonnay proprietor David Speer. Drop-in / no reservations required. Also featuring for the first time on the West Coast, “Picos Ibéricos™“
