Feria de Portland 2019

Organized by Espacio Flamenco, the fourth edition of Feria de Portland is coming this May! A magnificent celebration of Flamenco, dancing, and tapas — with dozens of musicians and dancers performing, this festival attracts hundreds of flamenco aficionados. IPNC - Passport to Pinot

A featured event of the International Pinot Noir Celebration, this is a premier outdoor tasting of International Pinot noir from over 70 featured wineries and culinary treats from 15 Northwest chefs, held in the Oak Grove on the historic Linfield College campus. Come meet some of the world’s finest Pinot noir winemakers at Oregon’s largest outdoor pinot tasting — Manuel will be carving both jamón serrano and jamón ibérico during this event.

Olé, San Antonio Tricentennial Celebration - The Pearl

"Olé, San Antonio" is a celebration that will mark the city’s 300-year anniversary and its Spanish influences with food, arts and cultural events. On behalf of the Embassy of Spain's Trade Commission (ICEX/Food & Wines of Spain), Manuel will present two sessions with a carving demonstration and tasting of Spain's magnificent jamón ibérico. Feast of St. James Celebration

Manuel will be carving again at the APOC (American Pilgrims on the Camino) Portlandia Chapter's 6th annual celebration of the Feast of St. James at St. Mary's Cathedral in Portland. Mass with pilgrim's blessing, followed by a shell ceremony for pilgrims that are departing soon on the Camino de Santiago, as well as a wine & jamon iberico tasting. Spain arrives at Tournant!

On April 6th, we're teaming up with Jaret and Mona, the wonderful chefs of Tournant for a fun evening. Manuel will be slicing a Cinco Jotas jamón ibérico de bellota, while Jaret and Mona prepare some elegant dishes using local produce and conservas from Galicia, Spain. Held in their lovely space, this evening will be a fantastic night of celebrating the arrival of Spring with friends.
